So here is our policy and instructions if you ever need to change the plan .We have a fair return and refund policy that allows for returns or exchanges in in dates to our terms and conditions.

Order Cancellations (When can I cancel my order?)

After receiving your reservation details,you can cancel the reservation 2 weeks prior without any cancelation charges, Canvelaation.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please email us at dkburman49@gmail.com or call or WhatsApp us at +91-9412257635 +91-562-4306033 , at least one 15 days prior to your check-in dates.

Disputes

To raise a dispute, please send an email to dkburman49@gmail.com Your email must contain name of room, booking ID along with the details of your nature of concern. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the reservation details. If the dispute is filed after 3 days of delivery, the same will only be entertained at the sole discretion of Bansi Home Stay Agra .
